Regular audits...
are carried out annually by the recognized approving agencies. They provide a detailed report and support our commitments to quality. In addition, regular internal audits are carried out by our own approved personnel, to sections within the quality policy documents. This provides the customers with confidence that they are using a supplier of world-wide recognized standards.
New products...
undergo rigorous reviews, starting with the product design, tooling, process, inspection requirements, and packaging. A final review of all details are then referred to the initial costing detail for validation.
All new products...
are fully approved by the customer, with a preferred ‘Golden‘ sample retained securely for reference.
First-offs...
are vetted for approval prior to commencement of production, with a last-off sample compared for any deviation. If there are any problems encountered, the tool and process are reviewed for correction and actions recorded.
Production parts...
are regularly checked during the production process, by both patrol inspection and shop floor team leaders. Final checks are carried out before releasing products to dispatch for consignment and delivery.
